Your Pets Have A Home Here Too

Your furry family members are welcome at Coachman Apartments.

Cats and dogs are welcome in all residences.
Maximum of two animals per residence.
Dogs under 50 pounds are welcome.
$250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee
Monthly pet rent of $35 per cat and $45 per dog.

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso
